PiYo draws from the strengthening and body lengthening aspects of Pilates, plus the core training and stretching elements of yoga, to create an entirely new workout experience. Using only your body weight, you’ll perform a series of nonstop low-impact high-intensity moves that strengthen and tone muscles while improving flexibility and balance. These dynamic, flowing sequences set to current music will get your heart pumping. Yoga or Pilates background is helpful but not required, and the only equipment you need is a yoga mat. Improve your performance, help keep injuries away, and leave every class feeling strong, sweaty, and stretched out. Come join us!
What to wear
We recommend clothes that allow you to move that you aren't afraid to sweat in. Typical attire is leggings and a shirt. Please wear CLEAN athletic shoes free of mud and rocks.
Mats required - bring your own or use ours.
