Private Events

Welcome! We are pleased to offer your group a private event. Please carefully read the workshop descriptions below and choose the workshop you plan to attend.

 

You may download/print our liability waiver and bring it with you or you may fill it out in-studio before participating in class.

 

Be sure to bring a water bottle and proof of vaccination with you if you plan to attend class with out wearing a mask.

We welcome all levels and ages of adults to join. This is a perfect class for anyone who wants to learn how to dance hip hop, but has no experience. In class, you can expect a thorough warm-up session, followed by a breakdown of hip hop technique and stylistic body movements. The knowledge you learn in the technique and movement portion of class will then be put to use, as you put steps together to create a simple small combination.

Come have fun with us in this one-of-a-kind class! This 1980's music inspired cardio class will have you moving to the upbeat music you loved from the 1980s! Expect a nice stretch session before enjoying an aerobic workout that will focus on cardio endurance along with core, leg, and arm strength training, all in true 1980's fashion! This is a medium intensity class, but we always ask that you to modify the intensity up or down for your body.
