For thousands of years, Eastern movement practices have enhanced people’s flexibility, balance, mobility, and overall mind-body wellness well into old age. Savor and learn these movement patterns to help you achieve a lifetime of optimal health! Each class includes both tai chi (Yang-24 form) and qigong instruction, as well as a gentle warm-up sequence targeting all body joints and planes of movement. People with all levels of experience (including none) are welcome at any class.
