We'll take you on a 60-minute roller coaster ride through the last 100 years of America's hottest dance crazes! After an AFAA approved warm up sequence, we delve right into the melting pot of dance styles, then end with a cool down and stretch.
The Rizzmic Experience qualifies as HIIT exercise, which stands for High Intensity Interval Training. You will experience short bursts of high intensity exercise, followed by several minutes of moderately intense movement. Studies have shown that crafting your workout this way burns more calories in less time, reduces visceral fat, lowers blood pressure, improves insulin resistance, and increases your metabolism for longer after exercise!
