Move to the music and enjoy a fun, feel-good workout set to current hits and iconic tracks you know and love. Our Hip Hop Cardio class blends easy-to-follow dance-inspired movement with strength and endurance movement and exercises in an upbeat, supportive environment designed specifically for adults of all ages, body types, and abilities.

This class is about having fun while getting your heart rate up—not about dance technique or performance. You can expect a mix of rhythmic movement, squats, arm toning, and cardio intervals that allow you to move at your own pace and adjust as needed.​ Hip Hop Cardio is a workout-focused class, different from our Hip Hop dance classes, and encourages you to modify movements up or down based on your strength, endurance, and comfort level. Whether you’re new to fitness, returning after time away, or simply looking for a joyful way to move, this class is here to support you. No prior dance experience is required, and there’s no pressure to “get it right.”
What to wear
We recommend clothes that allow you to move that you aren't afraid to sweat in. Typical attire is leggings and a shirt. Please wear CLEAN athletic shoes free of mud and rocks.

Equipment used
We use 1-5lb hand weights for this class. We supply hand weights for class, but you may bring your own. If you don't have personal equipment, you may use our sanitized studio equipment.
