This dynamic hybrid class blends the best of multiple fitness disciplines into one powerful workout. You'll combine strength training, cardio, pilates, weights and barre. You’ll sculpt, tone and energize your body in every session. This class is designed to challenge every muscle and leave you feeling stronger, leaner and more empowered.

One class, every benefit. All body types and levels welcome.

All equipment is provided by the studio - yoga mats, weights, yoga blocks, resistance balls and resistance bands.
