Step back in time and have some fun with us — 80’s style! This music-inspired cardio and conditioning class invites adults of all experience levels to move, sweat, and enjoy the upbeat hits you know and love from the 1980s.
Class begins with a gentle, thorough warm-up, followed by easy-to-follow, medium-intensity cardio that allows you to move at your own pace. We’ll then spend time strengthening the core, legs, and arms before wrapping up with a relaxing stretch and cool-down.

This class is designed with adults in mind, and you are always encouraged to modify movements to suit your body, energy level, and needs on any given day. Our goal is not perfection—it’s to move, feel good, and have fun together. No prior dance experience is required.

What to wear
We recommend clothes that allow you to move that you aren't afraid to sweat in. Please wear CLEAN athletic shoes. Leg warmers and sweatbands are encouraged, but are not required. :)​

Equipment used
We use yoga mats, 2lb to 5lb hand weights and sometimes 4lb to 8lb rated resistance bands for this class. We have studio equipment you may use if you are not able to bring your own.
