Build a strong, balanced foundation in this Mat Pilates class designed with dancers in mind. This class focuses on developing core strength, alignment, and overall conditioning to support technique, control, and injury prevention. Through intentional, low-impact movements, you’ll strengthen both large and stabilizing muscle groups while improving flexibility, posture, and body awareness. Whether you’re an experienced dancer or simply looking to move with greater strength and control, this class offers a supportive and effective full-body workout.


Props (you may bring your own or use ours)
• Required: yoga mat
• Helpful: yoga block(s)
