Cardio & Strength w/ Esla Kim

Saturdays / 9:30-10:25am

In this class, you'll work on defining muscles, strengthening, toning and sculpting your body. All of the movements are choreographed and cued to fun upbeat music. Clients can expect a higher intensity cardio and strength training workout utilizing a variety of equipment using weights, resistance bands, and yoga mats. Think resistance training with rhythm! This class covers it all!
