Fitness Fusion is a variety of exercises infused together to maximize 60 minutes of cardio, dance, strength, barre, balance techniques and a Tai Chi inspired cool down. A hybrid style workout that will challenge your coordination, flexibility and strength. This empowering program was designed to tone your body while your heart rate is at its steady fat burning stage. You can expect to use a variety of equipment from, weights, stretch bands, bar and mat. The movements are choreographed and cued to fun upbeat music. Think resistance training with rhythm. This class covers it all!
